The parking was on-site. the room was particularly good. - the hotel's location was great and beautiful, very close to Batu Ferringhi and Gurney Drive, the beach, local eateries, shopping, and night attractions.

location on the beach was nice , swimming pool was OK, rooms were spacious and the sea view was excellent. all in all it was good value for the money we paid
breakfast was very poor , lobby didn't have air condition and it was so hot.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a stunning location in main areas, impeccable personal. Good breakfast for refill of dishes, with yummy food. Impressive room with clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Location really close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall, Batu Feringghi and Tanjung Tokong and local eateries, shopping and night attractions.
Internet connection was terrible.

The hotel is in a great location, near the town area. I got a spacious, brand-new room with a sea view. the staff were extremely polite and pleasant, and the services provided were top-notch! My stay at the property was fantastic, and I definitely plan to return.

I like the big swimming pool.
1. Cleanliness: because at the first second I came thru the room I was found some hair on the floor ( may be coming from previous guest. 2. Food : I already stayed at this hotel before ( several times ) this ( Crown Princess ) but the food ( breakfast buffet ) is still same manu & taste? Nothing different. 3. I was stayed at the 2nd flr ( Hill View )..which it's was so noisy in the night time due to outside blower sound at the ground floor.
